What Salad Dressing are Availible to Guest?
Chia seed vinaigrette:

Grains and Greens: Vegetarian, gluten-free

Marinated Quinoa (olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, chili flakes, salt), roasted corn, asparagus, snap peas, broccoli, manchego, kale, spring mix, all tossed in chia seed vinaigrette.
Dressing: Chia seed vinaigrette: apple cider vinegar, agave nectar, cane sugar, salt, pepper, xanthan gum, grape seed oil, chia seed.
Make it vegan by leaving off cheese.
Be sure to ask the Guest if they would like to add any protein. The Quinoa tabbouleh in this salad is actually one of our side items and can be ordered separately.

Vegan, gluten-free
Romaine lettuce, spring mix, cauliflower, sun dried olive, baby tomato, shaved radish, sunflower seeds, roasted cauliflower, thai basil, roasted corn, and avocado all tossed in a lemon tahini dressing.
Lemon tahini dressing: garlic, lemon juice, tahini, whole grain mustard, evaporated cane sugar, salt, nutritional yeast, olive oil, and grapeseed oil.
Be sure to ask the Guest if they would like to add any protein. Tahini is sesame paste.

Pink grapefuit, organic apple, black currant, smoked almond, white cheddar, red cabbage, and black kale all tossed in Apple Cider & Cheddar vinaigrette.
Dressing: Apple Cider Vinaigrette: prairie breeze, apple cider vinegar, kosher salt, sugar, EVOO, grrapeseed oil.
Make it vegan by leaving off cheese and substituting vinaigrette.
Be sure to ask if the guest would like to add a protein. A black currant is a dried currant.

Dressing: Smoked Gorgonzola Vinaigrette: champagne vinegar, honey, kosher salt, grapeseed oil, shallots, oregano, thyme, parsley and smoked bleu cheese.

Shaved carrot, shaved radish, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, spring mix tossed in ginger miso vinaigrette.
Dressing: Ginger Miso Vinaigrette: Ginger, cane sugar, miso paste, kosher salt, rice wine vinegar, grapeseed oil.
Make it Gluten-Free by changing the dressing.
