Around 20 minutes.
What are some characteristics of Stage 2 sleep?
k-complexes - negative high voltage peak of activity, sleep spindles, deeper relaxation

What are some characteristics of stage 4 sleep?
Hard to wake up, wake up groggy/confused, stage 4 time decreases with age.
What is stage 5 sleep?
