What is sleep deprivation?
refers to the lack or inadequate quality of sleep or a lack in the quantity of sleep
What is total sleep deprivation?
having no sleep over at all over a 24 hour period or longer
What is partial sleep deprivation?
have an inadequate quantity of sleep or having a bad quality of sleep than what is normally required to function effectively
What does sleep quality mean?
how well we felt we slept
What does sleep quantity mean?
amount of time we actually slept for
