what are the investigations of narcolepsy
PSG
MSLT ( >1 SOREM and mean sleep latency <8 mins)
low CSF orexin
how do you treat narcolepsy
modafinal
decamphetamine
venlafaxine (for cataplexy)
sodium oxybate (xyrem)
