- Can be very ill during an exacerbation

Interventions
A
Pharmacology ( steroids, immunosuppresive, biologics)
- Nursing care: skin protection, (mild soap, lotion, cosmetics) (suncreen),
- Hair treatment
- Importance of recognizing exacerbations (FEVER)
- Misunderstanding/ knowledge deficit
