A white papule consisting of whorls of keratinized epithelial cells beneath the surface.
Milium
A horizontal tunnel in the stratum corneum produced by a parasite
Burrow
Exfoliation of surface keratin cells
Scaly
Very thick scale
Hyperkeratotic
Displaying dried exudate of fluid or cell contents on the skin surface.
Crusted
Crust composed of serum or tissue fluid
Serous crust
Crust containing pus

A superficial defect in the skin surface that does not penetrate through the epidermis
Eroded
A skin defect that penetrates through the epidermis to the dermis

Reddened due to vasodilation
Erythematous
Swollen due to extravasation of serum and lymph going into the tissue
Edematous
Thickening of epidermis with accentuation of normal skin markings
Lichenified
Warts. Or wart-like
Verrucous
Showing small blood vessels in the skin, oftentimes permanent.
Telangiectatic
Emaciated or thinned tissue
Atrophic
