Gottron’s papules:
raised erythamatous plaques over the joints and bony papules of the hands.
Stongly associated with colorectal, ovarian, lung cancer, and Non-Hodgekin Lymphoma
Heliotrope rash:
Associated with Dermatomyositis,
strong association with cancers of the ovary, colorectal, lung, and Non-Hodgekin lymphoma
Vitiligo:
Localized loss of skin pigmentation due to autoimmune destruction of melanocytes
typically erupts on Face, extremities, axilla, umbilicus, groin, genitalia, and _over hard bony surface(knee_s).
Hot tub folliculitis:
Characterized by a puritic papulopustular rash
typically caused by P. aeruginosa, Gram negative, oxidase positive, pigment producing
Cherry Hemangioma:
Small, bright red, Papular lesions
most common benign vascular tumor in adults, appearing in 3rd or 4th decade in life
do not regress spontneously and increase in number with age
Sarcoptes Scabei:
Scabes,
pruritic papular rash with excortiations and burrows
Tx: Topical Permethrin and/or ivermectin
Mulloscum Contagiosum:
Pox Virus
benign, self limited
