- skills you use to work collaboratively (with other people as a team)
List and Explain some Self Management Skills…(4)
GOAL SETTING - so you know exactly what you want to achieve and how, and the steps in doing so for sucess.
TIME MANAGEMENT - looking at the time allocated and balancing all requirements.
REFLECTION/EVALUATION - viewing what’s been done and what needs to be done. Useful to do this regularly.
FLEXIBILITY - allowing for any changes that may occur when completing the work and being able to accommodate this.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION - problem solving together as a team and getting along with others.
ASSERTIVENESS - listening to others p.o.v but still having your say.
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION - through voice, body language, gesture, writing - just communicating in an appropriate and functional way.
