Career experience (trainings, hands-on experience, mentoring e.g.) influences individual attributes and competencies. The more experience I get the better my competencies will be.

Environmental influence affects individual attributes, competencies and leadership outcome. That can be factors like technology, follower quality and so on. Even things like economic, political and social issues are influencing every of the three bulletpoints.
