involves a clear beginning and end, time duration for completion, to repeat the skill it must be started again

17
Q

what is a serial skill

A

a linked series of discrete skills, to make a new complex movement. involved a set order or sequence for each sub routine

18
Q

what is a continuous skill

A

no clear beginning or end, the end of amine movement is the start of the next with the skill repeated like a cycle
