Abduction and adduction, side flexion, radial and ulna deviation

Rotation (internal/external, normal), inversion, eversion, supination, pronation

- Spine (rotation)
- Ankle (inversion, eversion)
- Wrist (supination, pronation)
What movement is possible at the sagittal plane?
Flexion, extension, plantar flexion and dorsi flexion
What joints are involved at the sagittal plane?
- Shoulder, hip, knee, elbow, wrist (flexion, extension)
- Ankle (plantar and dorsi flexion)
