A
- dry gritty eyes
- dry mouth
- bilateral parotid gland swelling
- vaginal dryness
- arthralgia
- raynauds
- vasculitis
- lung, liver and kidney involvement

investigations
A
- shimmers test
- ANTI-RO and ANTI-LA antibodies
- if above tests are negative but still high clinical suspicion you can do an ultrasound guided biopsy of salivary glands

management
A
- artificial tears
- punctual plugs in lacrimal glands
- hydroxochloroquine for arthralgia
- methotrexate if any organ involvement
