What should be done at the end of the case for sinus surgery ?

A
  1. Keep normotensive (Surgeon needs to know when bleeding has stopped) 2. prepare to treat hypertension 3. Avoid pt. coughing or straining 4. Remember only the oral passage available for breathing 5.bullet trains interference
