- change in mental status

- Lecocytosis

before fever/ cells – respiratory alkalosis

A
develop over hypoperfusion
- lactic acidosis
- oliguria - follows hypotension - decrease renal perfusion - metabolic acidosis - diminished lactate kidney + liver
- lecuopenia
- thrombocytopenia
- myocardial depression
- pulmonary oedema
- hypotension - sepsis-induced BV dilation
- hypoglycarmia
- GIT haemorrhage
