develop over hypoperfusion

  1. lactic acidosis
  2. oliguria - follows hypotension - decrease renal perfusion - metabolic acidosis - diminished lactate kidney + liver
  3. lecuopenia
  4. thrombocytopenia
  5. myocardial depression
  6. pulmonary oedema
  7. hypotension - sepsis-induced BV dilation
  8. hypoglycarmia
  9. GIT haemorrhage
