Red quinoa and shaved yellow corn, cooked with EVOO, cane sugar, salt, pepper, heavy cream, parmesan, and Greek yogurt. Topped with parmesan. This is our healthy version of creamed corn.
Indian Spiced Cauliflower
Cauliflower florets roasted with Indian spices (garam masala), grapeseed oil, salt, cane sugar, and then tossed with cauliflower relish.
Asparagus and Miso
Jumbo asparagus peeled and roasted; coated in a Yuzu Miso Glaze and topped with toasted miso.
Sauteed Spinach
Spinach sauteed with garlic chili oil and garnished with lemon zest.
Quinoa Cauliflower Tabbouleh
Red quinoa, califlower, cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley leaves, mint leaves, thai basil, lemon zest, kosher salt, black pepper, and lemon tahini dressing.

Buckwheat soba noodles, snap peas, asian herbs, and toasted sesame seeds tossed in a sesame vinaigrette.
