Organic potato, heirloom carrots, yellow onion, and green beans cooked in madras curry sauce garnished with cilantro sprigs.
Forbidden Rice Bowl
Brown rice, Japonica (red rice), and black rice with snap peas, bok choy, broccoli, carrots, yellow onions, green onions, thai basil, and cilantro all tossed in a sesame hoisin sauce and topped with sesame seeds.
Mother Earth
Super grain mix (farro, barley, and red quinoa) topped with roasted sweet potatoes, charred onions, grilled portobello, arugula, daikon sprouts, rice wine vinegar, avocado, and broccoli pesto, cucumber relish, and red pepper miso marmalade ….and hemp seeds on top mmmm.
Late Riser
Heirloom beans, organic eggs, quinoa, salsa, roasted corn, zucchini, spinach, avocado, greek yogurt, prairie breeze cheddar, and cilantro.
Is the Curry bowl dairy free? Why or why not?
No. There is greek yogurt in the sauce!
Thai Cashew Quinoa
Quinoa, shitake mushrooms, zucchini, celery, bok choy, yellow onions, jalapenos, snap peas, green onions, cashews, thai basil all tossed in a cashew sauce and topped with daikon sprouts.
