Broccoli - (2) 3oz scoops

Grill 400
1. Lightly oil the grill
2. Lay out broccoli flat across grill
3. Cook ~10-12 mins until 75% or al dente, do not steam
- Place broccoli on sheet pans onto colling rack prior to service
- Only cook what you need for daily use

Roasted Sweet Potatoes (2) 3oz scoops
A
Oven 400
- Place 1/3 pan sweet potatoes in large mixing bowl
- Add 1/2 cup oil and toss until coated
- Lay out flat across a full sheet pan
Cook only (1) 1/3 Pan per full sheet pan
1. Set timer and cook for 8 mins
2. Taste. Done if soft inside.
3. If not soft, rotate pan in oven
4. Set timer for another 8 mins

Zucchini Noodles
A
Do not broth or steam
- Oil the grill and place zoodles on grill
- Season with a pinch of house seasoning mix
- Cook for 3-4 minutes (al dente, bendable, but hardy)
- Toss as needed to cook evenly
