Mac and Cheese
Cavatappi pasta folded into a 4 cheese mornay sauce (pecorino, Parmesan, Bambina fontina and raclette). Baked in a gratin dish until brown on top and garnished with parsley and chives.
Green Beans
Green beans are blanched to order. Pancetta is sautéed in olive oil with garlic and guajillo pepper flakes. With pine nuts
Snap Peas
Sugar Snap peas are blanched and then sautéed with Fresno chilis and garlic
Grilled Asparagus
Tossed in salt, pepper and olive oil and then grilled. Dressed with green goddess dressing.
Roasted Mushrooms
Cremini, shiitake and beech mushrooms roasted with salt and pepper. Then pan seared with shallots and garlic and tossed with a thyme butter.
Double Crisp Fingerlings
Roasted fingerlings and then smashed and deep fried until crispy. Garnished with garlic oil and chopped parsley and chives.
Twice Baked Potato
Idaho potatoes are baked and then hollowed out. Potato filling is then piped into the shell and baked until golden. Topped with cheddar, bacon, sour cream and scallions
Tater Tots
8 tots served with fried garlic and chili crema
