Shrimp Carbonara
8 pieces of shrimp pan seared with shallots, garlic, ham, peas and gemelli pasta
“Sixty South” Salmon
8 oz filet of Atlantic Salmon pan seared and seared with lightly sautéed baby bok choy, chili marinated cucumbers. Salmon is glazed with a Korean BBQ sauce.
Tuna Poke Bowl
6 oz of tuna is diced and tossed with a Korean BBQ Aioli, served over sushi rice. Served with wakame salad, crispy wontons, cucumbers, spicy radish and avocado.
Diver Scallops
6 oz of scallops are pan seared and served with cauliflower rice, roasted king trumped mushrooms, romesco sauce and topped with an artichoke and tomato salsa.
Rainbow Trout
8-10 oz portion. Pan seared and served with jalapeño and scallion corn spoon bread and braised collard greens with bacon.
