Raw Oysters
1/2 dozen fresh raw oysters shucked to order and topped with a red mignonette. Oysters are served on top of a bed of crushed ice.
Red Seafood Tasting
U-12 Oishii Shrimp Cocktail, Oyters, Snow Crab Claws and Lobster salad (dressed with lemon aioli) are served over crushed ice and garnished with Lemons, Caperberries and served with cocktail, mignonette, and lemon aioil. 2 shrimp, 2 oysters, 2 snow crab claws, 2 oz of lobster salad.
Shrimp Cocktail
Five, U-12 Oishii Shrimp poached in a court bouillon, served with lemon and our house made cocktail sauce.
Tuna Nachos
3 oz of tuna medium diced and tossed with salt and a spicy samba vinaigrette and thinly sliced scallions. It is then served on top crispy fried wonton chips and dressed with unagi sauce (eel sauce/sweet soy sauce) and coconut wasabi cream sauce.
