Q

How to mover to mount.

A

with a strong cross face walk around towards his legs (you can use your hands), when his knees are pointed away from you, post your forehead on the ground and base with free hand, then:
NOTE: your hip needs to be next to his knee for this to work well, If knee is lower than your knee, you can use your arm to push is legs over.

a) circle back the way you came, to push his framing elbow out of the way + put ur free hand on his hip, knee slide+ rebase with free hand, hook behind his legs w/ free leg, wait… when opp tries to push against your knee, under hook and work that arm up past his shoulder, slide across to gaurd.

b) tripod, lifting your hips high + free leg like a dog peeing on a fire hiydrant, free hand on his legs, foot to his hip bone, sink into mount.
