To reset. Kick your far leg up to give you the momentum to get up to your bottom elbow.

- turn away from him and pull your bottom leg out

A
- shoot ur top hand infront o his neck + sneak your bottom hand under his armpit.
- clamp hands
- push away enough for you to get break the cross face, then put your frames in front.

how to use underhook and butterfly to escape
A
- get to the postion where you are on your side with good frames.
- Swim your arm under for an underhook.
- slight hip escape out to give yourself room to insert a butterfly.
- Use the butterfly to push your body away and regaurd

When you are flattened on your back
A
- Over hook his non crossfacing arm, block the knee on the other side, grapping the pants.
a) pedro sweep- put both your feet inside and roll to the side of the arm you have trapped
b) to gaurd. - inset a butter fly hook, pull his weight forward and throw your legs around him/
