  1. Keep your bottom kneew free
  2. Top hand frames on his far shoulder or bicep

To reset. Kick your far leg up to give you the momentum to get up to your bottom elbow.
- get up to your hand on ground
- turn away from him and pull your bottom leg out

When they have you flattened with crossface and underhook

A
  1. shoot ur top hand infront o his neck + sneak your bottom hand under his armpit.
  2. clamp hands
  3. push away enough for you to get break the cross face, then put your frames in front.

how to use underhook and butterfly to escape

A
  1. get to the postion where you are on your side with good frames.
  2. Swim your arm under for an underhook.
  3. slight hip escape out to give yourself room to insert a butterfly.
  4. Use the butterfly to push your body away and regaurd

When you are flattened on your back

A
  1. Over hook his non crossfacing arm, block the knee on the other side, grapping the pants.

a) pedro sweep- put both your feet inside and roll to the side of the arm you have trapped

b) to gaurd. - inset a butter fly hook, pull his weight forward and throw your legs around him/
