Have to bring in a doctors note for every SL and lose a privilege (either traded time or voluntary overtime). They also lose seniority when requesting leave and annual vacation. Lasts for 6 months

Supervisor looks for pattern to the SL and discusses it with employee. Gives them a chance to change behavior. Writes discussion on miscellaneous form.
