A

In the center of the axillary space (between the trunk and forelimb) over the superficial pectoral muscle

This point should not be needled along the thoracic wall and not the forelimb to avoid accidental pneumothorax or hemothorax

A

At the level of the lateral transverse crease of the carpal joint, in the large depression cranial (and medial) to the tendon of the flexor carpi ulnaris at its insertion on the accessory carpal bone

This actual point is located medial to the tendon of the flexor carpi ulnaris
