take it easy, NSAID, corticosteroid, PT, distal clavicle excision so referral to ortho

grade II a/c conservative, short term narcs, early ROM, recovery 4-8 weeks, follow up for persistent symptoms/decreased ROM
what is the treatment for biceps tendonitis?
RICE, PT for phonophoresis, no swimming, stationary bike and running, follow up continued in next 4-6 weeks
what is the treatment for adhesive capsulitis?
PT 6-18 months, NSAID, follow up document efficacy
what is the treatment for labral tear?
ortho, MRI, no volleyball
