NSAID, moist heat, rest from lifting, internal medicine for consult for seronegative spondyloarthropathy

NSAID, moist heat, wont progress, symptomatic treatments, acitivity modificiations

educate, PT for IT stretching, NSAID, ortho consult for steroid injection

NSAID, ICE/heat, stretch and rest from sports for 7-10 days
what is the treatment for hip osteoarthritis?
tylenol 3 times a day, glucosamine, cane for left hand use if right leg, ortho consulation

MRI study, tylenol 3 times per day, crutches no weight bearing, ortho consultation

avoid tight clothing, hip extension stretching exercise, ortho consult
what is the treatment for quadricep strain?
NSAID, heat/ice, streching and rest, resume full participation after healed
