complaint - non-specific shoulder pain the accotionally radiates into the elbow
aggravated by movements releved with rest

complaint - UE heaviness or numbness with prolonged postures and when lying on the involved side
TOS
cervical radiculopathy
what is the issue if there is winging on the medial border of the scapula
serratus anterior
long thoracic nerve
what is the issue if there is winging on the inferior angle of the scapula
CN XI dysfunction or issue
palpation - supraspinatus
hand on the back
ask them to lift their hands off of their back
location - inferior to the AC joint deep
