What is the difference between psychotherapy and psychological treatments?
Psychotherapy is more general so anyone can refer to themselves as psychotherapists but psychological treatments are targeted to clinically significant disorders

Why might group therapies be better than individual therapies?
It is less costly, efficient and more time-saving
