What do you if some goes into hypovolemic shock?
A
Rapid fluid replacement using 2 large bore IV lines
Restore fluid volume (blood or blood products, crystalloids)

Signs of Early Hypovolemic shock
A
- Tachycardia with normal BP
- Restlessness
- Urine output decreases
- Pale, cool, and clammy skin
- Pluses are weak w/ sluggish cap refill
- Hyperventilation
- Decreased bowel sounds

Signs of Late Hypovolemic shock
A
- Lethargy
- Hypotension
- Metabolic & respiratory acidosis
- Anuria
- Cold, cyanotic skin
- Weak or absent pulses
- Dysrhythmias
