Shemos Yud Beis; Pasuk YUD Flashcards
Do not leave over until morning that which is left over until
morning burn in fire”
Rashi QUestion of Shemos Yud Aleph; Pasuk Yud
why does it repeat “left over until morning” twice?
And that which is left over form it until morning
why does the pasuk say “until morning” a second time
to add morning to morning
for “morning” its meaning is from sunrise
the pasuk came to make it earlier
That is (korban pesach) is forbidden to be eaten
from daybreak
this explanation is according to its straightforward meaning
there is another midrash
it teaches that it is not burned on Yom Tov
rather on the next day
and thsu u should explain it (the pasuk)
“and that which is left over from it on the 1st morning
until the 2nd morning u should wait and the burn it.:”
