Question 1

הָיָה֙ בַּֽעֲבֹ֣ר כְּבֹדִ֔י וְשַׂמְתִּ֖יךָ בְּנִקְרַ֣ת הַצּ֑וּר וְשַׂכֹּתִ֥י כַפִּ֛י עָלֶ֖יךָ עַד־עָבְרִֽי:

Answer 1

And it will be when
my glory passes by
and I will place you
in the “___” rock
And I will cover you with MY palm
upon you until I pass

Question 2

בְּנִקְרַת הַצּוּר.

Answer 2

in the “נִקְרַת” of the rock

Question 3

מוֹ הַעֵינֵי הָאֲנָשִׁים הָהֵם תְּנַקֵּר

Answer 3

Just like “were you to gouge out my eyes”

Question 4

יִקְּרוּהָ עֹרְבֵי נַחַל

Answer 4

“Let the racens of the valley peck out”

Question 5

אֲנִי קַרְתִּי וְשָׁתִיתִי מָיִם

Answer 5

“I have dug out (wells) and I’ve drunk water”

Question 6

גִּזְרָה אַחַת לָהֶם,

נִקְרַת הַצּוּר: כְּרִיַּת הַצּוּר:

נִקְרַת הַצּוּר: means carving out of the rock
