Define Sexual Assault.
Sexual assault is a crime defined as intentional sexual contact, characterized by use of force, physical threat or abuse of authority or when the victim does not or cannot consent.
Define Sexual Harassment.
Uninvited and unwelcome verbal or physical behavior of a sexual nature.
What are the three types of sexual harassment?
Verbal, non-verbal and physical contact
What is a factor in most sexual assault/harassment cases?

What are the two types of reports for sexual assault?
Restricted and Unrestricted
Describe restricted reporting.
Restricted reporting allows you to confidentially disclose the details of your assault to specified individuals and receive medical treatment and counseling, without triggering the official investigative process.
Define unrestricted reporting.
If you file an Unrestricted Report, you will have access to all the resources available through restricted reporting and be able to notify law enforcement or command so that an official investigation of the crime is initiated.
