Sex Offences Act 2003: Section 1
Rape
A person commits this offence if
- they intentionally penetrate the vagina, anus or mouth of another person with their penis
- the victim does not consent to the penetration and
- the defendant does not reasonably believe that the victim consents

Assault by Penetration
A person commits this offence if
- they intentionally penetrate the vagina or anus of another person with a part of their body or something else
- the penetration is sexual
- the victim does not consent to the penetration and
- the defendant does not reasonably believe that the victim has consented

Sexual Touching (assault)
A person commits this offence if
- they intentionally touch another person
- the touching is sexual
- the victim does not consent to the touching and
- the offender does not reasonably believe that the victim consents

Causing a person to engage is sexual activity without consent
A person commits this offence if
- they intentionally cause another person to engage in an activity
- the activity is sexual
- the victim does not consent to engaging in the activity and
- the defendant does not reasonably believe that the victim consents

Administering a substance with intent
A person commits this offence if
- they intentionally administer a substance, or causes a substance to be taken by another person
- knowing that they do not consent and
- with the intention of stupefying or overpowering the victim
-to enable any person to engage in a sexual activity with the victim

Committing an offence with the intent to commit a sexual offence
A person commits this offence if
- they commit any offence
- with the intention of committing a relevant sexual offence

Trespass with the intent to commit a sexual offence
A person commits this offence if
- they are a trespasser on any premises
- they intend to commit a relevant sexual offence on the premises and
- they know that or they are reckless as to whether they are a trespasser

Exposure
A person commits this offence if
- they intentionally expose their genitals and
- they intend that someone will see them and be cause alarm or distress

Sexual Offences in a public lavatory
A person commits this offence if
- they are in a public lavatory
- they intentionally engage in an activity
- the activity is sexual
Sexual Offences Act 2003: Section 47
Paying for the sexual services of a child
A person commits this offence if
- they intentionally obtain for themselves the sexual services of another
- before obtaining those services, they have made or promised payment for those services
- to the child or a third person
- or knows another person has made promises of such payment and
- either they are under 18 and the defendant does not reasonably believe they are over 18 or the child is under 13

Causing or inciting the sexual exploitation of a child
A person commits this offence if
- they intentionally cause or incite another person to be sexually exploited
- in any part of the world and
- either they are under 18 and the defendant does not reasonably believe they are over 18 or the child is under 13

Controlling a child in relation to sexual services
This covers any kind of control, including what a child wears or where they go

Arranging or facilitating sexual exploitation
Arranging covers any plan or agreement. Asking someone to arrange something which they disagree to would be attempting to arrange.
Facilitating is very wide and could include babysitting or giving a lift

Child sexual exploitation
A person is sexually exploited if
- on at least one or more occasion
- whether compelled or not to do so
- the child offers or provides sexual services to another person
- in return for payment to them or a third person or
- an indecent image of a child is recorded or streamed or otherwise transmitted
