Fraud Act 2006: Section 2
Fraud by false representation
A person is in breach of this section if they
- dishonestly make a false representation and
- intends by doing so to make gain for himself or another or cause loss to another or expose them to a risk of loss

Fraud by failing to disclose
A person is in breach of this section if they
- dishonestly fail to disclose to another person information which they are under a legal duty to disclose and
- intends by doing so to maintain gain for himself or another or cause loss to another or expose another to risk of loss

Fraud by abuse of position
A person is in breach of this section if they
- occupy a position in which they are expected to safeguard, or not to act against, the financial interests of another,
- dishonestly abuse that position and
- intends by doing so to maintain gain for themself or another or cause loss to another or expose them to a risk of loss

Possession of articles for use in fraud
A person is guilty of this offence if they
- have in their possession or under their control
- any article for use in the course of or in connection with any fraud
Fraud Act 2006: Section 7
Making or supplying articles for use in fraud
A person is guilty of this offence if they
- make, adapt, supply or offer to supply any article
- knowing that is designed or adapted for use in the course of it in connection with fraud or
- intending it to be used to commit or assist in the commission of fraud
