What is a situational sex offender?

A

Regressed: Low self-esteem and social skills Victims forced after being chosen by availability
Collection will include homemade CSAM
Morally Indiscriminate: A difficult person with all sorts of “issues”. Psychopath Victims chosen because he can. Violent if he wants
Collection can include ANYTHING!
Inadequate: Socially withdrawn, maybe even sick Victims chosen out of insecurity or curiosity Impulsive and so may kill
No good at grooming
Collection might not in CSAM

What is a preferential sex offender?

A

Seduction: Finds victims by treating them, many victims, may be ‘good with kids’.
Introverted: No interpersonal skills, very young victims, travels, single victims
Sadistic: Needs to inflict pain, Abduction and murder, Copine level 10 CSAM
Diverse: Victim selection situational. Pansexual. Sex with anyone. No preference for children but chooses victim because they are no threatening or judgmental Most likely to share or involve kids in group sex.

What steps are taken by groomers?

A

The grooming or seduction process usually consists of identifying preferred or acceptable child targets;
* gathering information about interests and vulnerabilities;
* gaining access (i.e., sports, religion, education, online computer);
* filling emotional and physical needs;
* lowering inhibitions;
* gaining and maintaining control (i.e., bonding, competition, challengers, peer pressure, sympathy, threats).

1974 – 1984 Known as 10 years of madness. Explain

A

Because of the production (in the name) of pornography of extremely hardcore child abuse material in extremely good quality in color magazines and 8 mm movies.

This led to a liberal movement that pornography was ok, and that the government could not tell us what to do.
And created a lot of pornography that was widely available in all the categories imaginable.

Dutch passed a law in 1984 stopping it, not normilising it
