Action-oriented and experience-oriented
What does the action-oriented intervention (of PMT) entail?
- Emphasis of developing mental and physical proficiencies
- Attention to fine and gross motor abilities, balance, social proficiency, learning to cope with emotions and responsibility, etc.
What does the experience-oriented intervention (of PMT) entail?
- Participation in wide range of physical and movement tasks
- Experiencing of difficult emotions, negative thoughts and their behavior
- They experience an alternative reality to the one they are used to
- More reflective approach

Clusters B and C (combined with other treatments)

Self-regulation, interpersonal relationships and cognition
