Section 24 PACE 1984?
A PC May arrest without warrant anyone:
Who is about to commit an offence, is committing an offence, whom they have reasonable grounds to suspect to about to commit/ committing an offence.

Section 28 PACE 1984?
When a person is arrested they must informed that:
They are under arrest.
The grounds for arrest.
The reasons for arrest being necessary.
Section 30(7)(7a)(8) PACE 1984?
Person arrested at a place other than a PS shall be released without bail if a PC is satisfied at the time before they reach the ps that there are no grounds for keeping them under arrest.
Section 32 PACE 1984?
A PC may search a person who has been arrested at a place other that a ps if PC has reasonable grounds for believing the arrested person may:
Present a danger to self/others
Concealed on them something to escape custody
Concealed on them any evidence
32(b) PACE - provides power to enter and search premises following an arrest for an indictable offence.
