Section 50 Police Reform Act 2002?
If a constable in uniform has reason to believe that a person has been, or is acting in a ASB manner he may require that person to give name address.
It is an offence to fail to give name address or give inaccurate info.
Section 1(a) ASB Act 2003?
Closure of premises for persistent disorder or nuisance.
Breach of closure (obstruction; staying on prem to obstruct officer to close prem)
Section 1 ASB Act 2003?
Prove use, production and supply of class A controlled drugs. Associated serious nuisance or disorder.
Sec 30 ASB Act 2003?
Dispersal zones.
PC has power to disperse groups of 2 or more. Asked to leave specific area- direction specified, method and time. Not to return within 24hrs. U16 not supervised can be retuned to HA.
