Q

What are the steps to carry out a titration?

A

1.Using Burette put acid into the Conical flask
2.Use pipette to add certain volume of alkali to the conical flask drop by drop
3.swirl the content regularly
4.indicator changes color when solution has neutralized.
Phenolphthalein is pink in alkali and colourless in acid.
Methyl orange is yellow in alkali and red in acid.
5.Repeat steps to get concord at results.
