What’s the difference between a KPI
Escape and a Non-KPI Escape?
KPI- at large for over 15 mins OR commits an offence during unlawful at large.
Non-KPI- at large for less than 15 AND doesn’t commit an offence whilst unlawfully at large.
Define Abscond
A Prisoner absenting himself from prison without overcoming physical restraints
Define a Temporary Release Failure
A prison that fails to return after temporary release or have been recalled to prison due to a breach in licence conditions.
