What is an Incentive?
An Available reward which is attractive to prisoners to motivate good behaviour and/or performance to gain/retain it.
Who would be on Basic level IEP?
Prisoners that have demonstrated insufficient commitment to rehabilitation or behaved badly.
Which prisoners would have standard level IEPs?
Prisoners who are committed to rehabilitation and behaving well.
How long must a prisoner be on standard level before applying for Enhanced level IEPs
3 Months
When would an immediate review of IEP privileges be carried out? And by whom?
Carried out by a CM or higher
Serious incidents/Bad Behaviour
Lead to adjudication.
E.g concealing mobiles/drugs or assault.
