What is the definition of deadly force?
That force which a person uses causing- or that a person knows or should know would create a substantial risk of causing- death or serious bodily harm.
When is deadly force justified?
Deadly force is justified only under conditions of extreme necessity as a last resort when all lesser means have failed or cannot be reasonably employed.
Describe the FPCON levels
Normal- General threat
Alpha- Increased general threat
Bravo- More increased or predictable threat
Charlie- An incident occurs or intel is received indicating MORE LIKELY
Delta- Attack has happened or is imminent
