Q

Explain what cardiovascular fitness?

A

Your heart and lungs work together to keep your muscles supplied with oxygen.
The harder you work your muscles, the more oxygen they need.
cardiovascular fitness is the ability heart and lungs to suplly oxygen to the muscles so that the whole body can be exercised for a long time.
A high level of cardiovascular fitness is particular important for endurance sport like long distance running.
