I could’ve had a really good authentic curry restaurant but due to the high competition in the market an influx of new trendy bars they’ve lost the client base
this will force them to move out and they may not find a new job to cover the costs
Why made the gentrification of Shoreditch lead to a conflict between the Bangladeshi community and new middle class?
Gentrification is there is tearing their culture that they built away which is degrading

You have more work which can lead to you having more money and a high demand lead you to increase costs and make more profit

Cheaper land value as there’s been a decline in the industry

Buildings need to be demolished first costly

Cheaper land as it’s away from the city

We need an investment in public transport due to the natural increase in London young people more likely to use public transport as they do not have a drivers license
