What are the eight rules of TENs?

A
  1. They must be given by someone over the age of 18
  2. No more than 499 people can attend at any one time
  3. An event can last for a maximum of 168 hours
  4. The total duration of periods covered by a notice in respect of the same premises can be no more than 21 days
  5. There is a minimum period of 24 hours between events at the same premises when given by the same user or associate
  6. Only 12 TENs per year can take place at the same premises
  7. A non PLH is allowed to give up to 5 TENs per year where the number of late TENs does not exceed 2
  8. A PLH is allowed to give up to 50 TENs per year where the number of late TENs does not exceed 10
