What is T.S. 3.5.1 Safety Injection Tanks (SITs)?
Any 1-hour or less actions?
Modes 1 & 2; Four SITs shall be OPERABLE.
Two or more SITs inoperable. Enter LCO 3.0.3 immediately.
OPERABLE SI TANK
- Level > 14% but < 66% narrow range
- Pressure >= 200 psig N2
- Boron >= 1720 ppm < 2500= ppm
What is T.S. 3.5.2 ECCS - Operating? Any 1-hour or less actions?
T.S. 3.5.2 ECCS - Operating
Applicable Modes 1 and 2 or Mode 3 with Primary Coolant System (PCS) temperature >= 325F
Two ECCS trains shall be OPERABLE.
Less than 100% required ECCS flow, enter LCO 3.0.3 IMMEDIATELY.

T.S. 3.5.3 ECCS - Shutdown
Applicable in MODE 3 with Primary Coolant System (PCS) temperature < 325°F,
or MODE 4.
One Low Pressure Safety Injection (LPSI) train shall be OPERABLE.
Required LPSI train inoperable, initiate actions IMMEDIATELY to restore one LPSI to operable status.
NOTE: A LPSI train may be considered OPERABLE during alignment and operation for shutdown cooling if capable of being manually realigned to the ECCS mode of operation.

T.S. 3.5.4 Safety Injection Refueling Water Tank (SIRWT)
Applicable MODES 1, 2, 3, and 4.
The SIRWT shall be OPERABLE.
1-Hour: SIRWT inoperable for reasons other than Condition A. (Boron Concentration/Temperature), restore SIRWT to OPERABEL within 1 hour.
SIRWT OPERABLE
- Level > 85% or 250,000 gallons. DWO requires 92% or 275,970 gallons
- Boron >= 1720 ppm <=2500 ppm
- Temperature >40F < 100F target 85-90F
