Requesting authority, requesting command, start/end dates, reason, new training requirements, gaps in training FEA of existing course, FEA of training delivery method.

Curriculum Control Authority (CCA)
Explain the approval process of the finalized FEA.
Prior to routing the FEA to the CCA for approval send the FEA approval request to the Requirements Sponsor for approval for concurrence and attach both the approval request and approval concurrence to the FEA and submit to CCA.
