Step 2
Arrange atoms w/ least electronegative in the center. (all first numbers besides H)
Step 3
Add loan pairs of electron to each atom until they have an octact, not first three columns. (H, Be, B)
Step 4
Count electrons used. If the same number as before, stop. If the number is different take away loan pairs until equal.
