  1. Written compaint sent and screened by registrar
  2. Can be resolved, withdrawn dismissed or accepted by registrar
  3. Iff accepted its sent to crc for consideration
  4. Crc chooses dispute process for complaint or dismisses
  5. Can be sent to acr any time if both parties consent, or may be sent to standing investigation committee (sic) for formal investigation
  6. Sic may find grounds and if crc and registart agree a citation is issued for hearing
  7. If hearing proceeds a panel (dc - discipline committee) makes a decision

A

Policy outlining enforcement of exclusive right to practice forestry, describing authority and responsiblity of members in enforcement and role of abcfp

A

Gives abcfp authority to apply to supreme court for those who contravene and provides offense remedies like fines.

  1. Responsible for registering and regulating BC FPs
  2. As per the foresters act the practice of forestry is regulated in BC
  3. Foresters act defines forestry, establishes ABCFP and says only members can practice. It charges the abcfp to administer the act and authorizes council to govern the abcfp
