He improved the telescope giving more detail to star watching and now they could see planets and not only stars
What is a star map?
A map of the stars following the Suns path
What is the order of the electromagnetic spectrum?
R-TV-micro-infr-visiblel-uv-X-ray-gamma
What makes radiation more intense
The smaller the wavelength the higher the frequency the more intense =gamma is intense
Optical lenses what 2 types and what 2 things do they do?
Refracting and reflecting
The brighten and enlarge the image
What does a Convex lens Concave lens Convex mirror Concave mirror Do to light?
Convex lens bends light in
Concave lens bends light out
Convex mirror bends light out
Concave mirror bends light in
What do spectroscopes do?
They find the
Composition
Intensity
Movement of stars
